To establish model institutes for the care, education and rehabilitation of special persons.
To establish hostels for special persons ensuring comfort and accessibility.
To arrange inclusive sports events promoting health and confidence.
To establish vocational training centres and guidance services for skill development.
To facilitate job placements for capable children under the Disable Persons Employment & Rehabilitation Ordinance 1981.

To organize and run income-generating projects for those unable to work in regular jobs.
To provide emotional and financial support to affected families.
To arrange counselling, training and advisory services for special teachers, volunteers, and parents.
To create awareness about special persons through seminars and lectures.
To publish literature highlighting problems and remedies to help handicapped persons live with dignity.
